What services do we offer?

Group Support
Support groups are more cost-effective, and studies suggest group treatment is just as effective as individualized support. Life changes are like children—they take a village.
Get the support you need, and be the support others need.
New support groups start regularly and require a twelve-week commitment to a weekly two-hour meeting.
Meetings will always be on the same day and time each week. Signing up will automatically grant you early notification of a new group.
Group sessions cost $50 per week.
The 15 Minute Warrior
With the Fifteen Minute warrior. You know what to do. But why aren’t you doing it? You need a little extra scaffolding.
Sign up for 15-minute sessions for $25.
No weekly commitments.
Chat services with The Reversal Project are offered up to a week after your appointment, and The Reversal Project Customer Service will respond with guidance and support within one to two business days.
One-on-One Counseling
One-on-one counseling is an excellent option for busy individuals who require flexibility.
Individualized diabetes reversal planning and access to a group cohort of choice, if desired.
Ideal for individuals who require personalized, customized care.
A minimum of eight weeks is required, but twelve weeks is recommended.
